Our Mental Health and Well-Being is perhaps one of the most important foundations of our health. In my experience in practice, it is closely intertwined with a person's physical health, and often, I cannot heal a person's physical illness, ailments or conditions without first healing their mental health. It can be a daunting task, and often one that we have to patiently await someone to reach out and share with us their innermost hurts. It is such a privilege to have a connection with patients who trust you deeply, and who feel able to share with you their deepest hurts, fears, sorrows, embarrassments among other difficult to discuss concerns. From there I can help walk with them to help them past the entanglement of raw emotions.
It is a daunting, but beautiful task, and I'm honored to help.
